After successfully completing the course you will be certified and this is something that many students of yoga are looking for today. With this type of training at your disposal, you can build your own studio and teach there, become a private tutor to clients, and more endless opportunities. By teaching hungry students the right way of doing things, you'll in turn build them into teachers who can become managers in case you expand your schools. Brief History of Yoga

As we all know, Yoga's been around for quite sometime now. However, there are a few times you may not know. Yoga's foundation actually 3,000 years ago in India. The term "Yoga" actually comes from Sanskrit and it means "to join". It's a great form of relief and not a religion contrary to popular belief. It's popularity has grown quite large in the U.S. totaling to over 5 million practitioners. It's a very therapeutic exercises and one of the most popular forms is Hatha Yoga. it's perfect because it incorporates three key concepts: The poses or postures (Asana) Breathing techniques Relaxation It's a great art to use because it helps to detox the body of a lot of impurities, decreases stress, and helps with weight loss.
